Silicone fillings : More realistic. They bounce up and down like real breasts but the weight is more compared to Cotton breasts. More expensive. Cotton fillings : They still look realistic but don't bounce up and down as much as silicone. These are easier to wear for longterm. They are also cheaper than silicone.
