It can be a bit tricky to get on with a lot of loose skin, but once it's locked, the cage is very comfortable to wear during the days, looks nice, and does a good job in suppressing further erections. During the nights, however, it seems a bit more problematic due to extra strong protests down there where using the largest ring is necessary to avoid pinching the testicles too much, proving that the product itself is solid. Perhaps using a strap belt will remedy the situation...

this is the first time that I went for a smaller cage, it fits nice and feels more secure then my previous (more expensive) cages.
the only downside is that the text says "locked life" instead of "sex slave".

After many devices this one fits perfectly. And that for a plastic cage, if you have a larger sack on the bottom the biggest ring will fit perfect for a few weeks until you can switch to a smaller size. Also no seams that hurt your scrotum at all. The detail of hearts makes it a really cute cage too I love it!
