Nice pair of stockings, but I wouldn't call them holdups. The lace part does not have any silicone strips on the inside and isn't strong enough (at least for my thighs) to keep them up by itself. Using a garter is therefore necessary for me, if I don't want to keep pulling them up constantly. Not a big deal for me (I like wearing garters), but worth a star off for misleading expectations.
